Karthik Balasubramanian

Balasubramanian has 25 years of experience as a Technology Consultant and Architect for various private sector companies and government agencies. Most recently he was the Technology Director of a large software project (~$12M/yr) in SRA and successfully helped obtain CMMI Level 3 rating and ISO 9001:2008 certifications for SRA and the project.  He also previously founded iBiz Systems LLC, a high end technology consulting firm that helped companies like Costco implement their first e-commerce solution. He saw the need for a company that provided independent advice to the CIOs, Program Managers, and Project Managers in the federal government that was technology/platform agnostic and provided mission critical solutions that are reliable and scalable.

Balasubramanian has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science and also holds the following certifications: PMP, CISSP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Microsoft (MCSD for .NET, MCSD, MCDBA), Oracle  (OCP DBA), and CompTIA (Security+).
